The carrier is light to carry at 2.7lbs but yet firm and durable to protect your precious pet, and in fact the exterior nylon fabric is waterproof as well. The nylon is so durable that it is also used in the construction of military grade parachutes due to its strength, durability, and waterproof qualities.

AIRLINE REQUIREMENTS:

Buyers often ask about "TSA Approved", "IATA Approved" and "FAA Approved" and the fact is that there are only guidelines for animals carried in the cargo holds of airliners, but these do NOT apply to in passenger cabin pet carriers.

Always keep in mind each airline sets their own specific requirements, and they can even vary from their domestic, international and shuttle routes so it is always advised to check with your airline of choice. All airlines have very similar sizing guidelines, and all will require your pet to be comfortable in the carrier, well ventilated and to remain under the seat in front of you during flight. The popularity of soft sided carriers stems from their adjustability to fit under the various seat configurations of modern aircraft, and we have designed our carrier to have a pliable top so that it can easily stow under the 8.5" seat in front of you.

***Please keep in mind the exterior dimensions of the tote (18" Length x 10.5" Width x 11" Height) to determine if the tote is appropriately sized for your pet. Best for pets under 14lbs

The non-stain nylon fabric is also very easy to keep clean with a wipe down & the included fleece pad is easily removable for recommended hand washing or dry cleaning.
Mr. Peanut's makes every effort to insure the product we ship is well made and free of defects. All of their totes are indeed hand sewn to their specifications.

Our return policy is to cover the cost of any return due to defects in materials or workmanship for one full year (1 YEAR) from receipt of the product, or to offer a replacement product in lieu of a return if you desire.

Mr. Peanut's does their best to develop well made products and we stand behind them.

Please understand that normal wear and tear cannot be avoided with our furry friends, and there is no such thing as a pliable fabric that will hold up well to jaws and claws over time.

We will always do our best to take care of you.

We do try to keep prices low for the benefit of all our devoted users. The shipping cost of totes of this size and weight are pricey, and as such, we ask that returns are avoided for mis-measurement of your pet. Please be sure to measure accurately before purchase to insure your pet will fit comfortably.

Keep in mind all of our totes are designed firstly for pet safety and comfort, and then for airline capability and under seat requirements, so all airline capable totes are of a size necessary for this purpose. I always recommend that you measure your pet while comfortably laying down, as that is typically the position for the duration of a flight.

Please email luckylittleaussies@gmail.com or message us to obtain a domestic pre-paid return shipping label. To be eligible for a return, your tote must be unused and repacked in the condition as when you receive it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original new condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or an item that shows signs of use is subject to a restocking fee and cost of the return label

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or any issue.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one day.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
